TT Runs Font Family began with an ambitious goal: to design an athletic-inspired sans-serif font family to reflect athletic style and complement sporting apparel. Prior to drafting our concept, we researched Olympic venues and their significance; as well as “sports” fonts from different eras and continents.
At our core lies the idea of designing an appropriate typeface for use on athletic clothing and casual clothing for sports, which has had a dramatic impact on its design, from its broad yet slightly stretched sizes, to a contrast reversed in character shape by way of vertical lines bending, overall form and flexibility of characters.
TT Runs font is highly flexible. On one hand it offers regular sans-serif font functionality suitable for large text arrays; and on the other it features vibrant display typeface with irregular proportions of characters that look stunning even in large headers.
