Ovo Font

The Ovo typeface was inspired by the caps written by hands which were used in a guide to lettering of the 1930s with the serif-like appearance that suggests the time of their creation. This together with other liberal influences gradually encroaching over the conservative ones led to the emergence of the soft yet cute lower case alphabets and the funky numerals as are seen in Ovo today.

Ovo is often a serif typeface with a moderate contrast. Thanks to its letter shapes and fine strokes, Ovo is most suitable for large to medium sizes of text.
