Trocchi Font

Trocchi is an eccentric font developed by Vincent Figgins (1766-1844) based on other earlier types like Nebiolo’s Egyptiano and Caslon and Co’s Antique No. 4 and Ionic No. 2.

Trocchi bases it on these preceding designs to achieve its casual appearance that is just as applicable for display as for text usage; the font is named after Scottish writer Alexander Trocchi, who developed it over three centuries ago.
