Breve was developed for the use in the field of editorial work. It is innocent but not devoid of character enough to do so on its own, in search of a louder and modern look. Every typeface of Breve superfamily is built precisely the same, as far as the anatomy and the functionality is concerned.
The Text versions are slightly warmer in feel than the other typographic versions and is designed for use in significantly longer blocks of text, while the Title versions are characterized by non-descending lettering, making the titles and headlines far more uniform and engaging.
The News version is more classic, with ball terminals and classic proportions, while the Display is, somehow, the set of fonts we had to design: highlighted, sharp, power-statement fonts.
