Goldbill is a contemporary sans serif font which was designed based on the geometric shapes. It is not just another geometric typeface, the uppercase letters are designed to have more squared form instead of circular and the lowercase retain their circular look. It was created with 2 axes variable; x-height and weight that produces 54 fonts in which there are three different x-heights and nine different weights.
The simplest form of Goldbill is the best for text, while the one with the narrowest x-height, which is called Goldbill XS would be perfect for display texts like logos etc and also there’s another version that has a huge x-height- it’s called Goldbill XL – this version would be good for headings , shorter paragraph text or web font.
Goldbill type family with its 3 different x-heights would be a perfect type system for any modern graphic design and typographic work.
