This Simplified Chinese font that uses Mincho (serif) stroke style was developed by Beijing ZhongYi Electronics Co. from 1995-2003 and called Zhong Yi Song Ti [K. Schaefer also known as Song Ti] This font was used in Windows 95 through XP and in every region that ran Windows XP, Office 2000 and came bundled with Chinese versions of Windows 95, 98 and Windows XP – with Vista including SimSun-ExtB.
