Paragon Font is an elegant vintage serif font designed by Chauncey H. Griffith for Linotype in 1935, as an update. Initially intended to be printed small size newspapers but remain legible despite poor printing practices; The Paragon was intentionally lightened up so as to compensate for excessive inking in printing processes;
This A.C.R version was inspired by Phil Baines’s You Can Read Me typeface, designed to produce text which cannot be read by machines but which remains legible for humans reading small texts.
