Averia Sans Libre Font Family

Averia (“breakdown”, mechanical injury in Spanish, derive from the Spanish root word average, that in English is used for average) can be defined as a Unicode font family created using only the most common fonts on Dan Sayers’ computer and the most used available fonts; all metrics obtained through an averaging process. The majority of fonts that entered Averia has at least some characters designed by Averia superfamily.

Families of Averia Libre fonts were computed in relation to all the 725 fonts released under Google Web Fonts project and SIL Open Font License on 9th of November 2011, to constitute their families of fonts.

Averia Sans Libre has six styles that include the following. In the same manner, it is also included in the Averia Libre, Averia Serif Libre and Averia Gruesa Libre typefaces.
