The foundations of Cuprum were laid back in 2006 and are associated with the processes taking place in Miles Newlyn. This font seems to have an elongated grotesque that can fully respond to many occasions; we can also see that, I no longer recognize myself, for the time factor and knowledge that enable me to produce more typographic fonts.
Regarding its etymology there is a rather funny story behind the fact that it stands for Cuprum and not for silver or gold – the material although rather shiny, and thus rather suitable for pots than for medals.
