Bold Monday has created the new corporate typeface of German automobile manufacturer Audi following an international competition and its introduction was officially unveiled during 2009 when Audi marked 100 years since their founding.
Audi Type is Audi’s official font choice for its communication and design materials, from logotypes and advertising systems through navigation systems brochures, corporate brochures and annual reports. This family includes over 5,300 glyphs spread across eight styles; additionally it supports extended Latin character sets including Cyrillic and Greek.
Audi Type epitomizes self-confidence, dynamic elegance and attention to detail – qualities it won an iF Communication Design Award in 2011.
