Cobbler Sans Font Family

Cobbler is a great set of styles for a relatively low contrast sans serif font family. All terminals are made organically and even internal angles are smoothed out. The few straight lines add just enough grounding and keep the typeface a working horse though it retains the goopiness that defines the entire Cobbler family so much. Also, there is a whole bunch of the OpenType features implemented here. For instance, many discretionary ligatures which cause capital letters connect the left and right hand.

Other features are the automatic fractions, case sensitive punctuation, and contextual alternates. Cobbler Sans is suitable for branding, packaging, editorial, or display use – and includes a very extensive character set that supports more than 200 languages. Moreover, it is manually kerned and auto-hinted for accurate display on screen including small sizes of text.
