The font Futura was first released in 1928 by Bauer Type Foundry and is recognized as the leading design which can be associated with Constructivist style within the framework of the Bauhaus movement in Germany. Paul Renner, a type designer, painter, author and a teacher created rough sketches in the forms of triangle, circle and square.
When it came to the creation of these geometric forms into a functional type family, Bauer Design Office helped Paul; however, Paul later on made some changes on some of the fonts to ensure that Futura fonts are even more legible.
