Nissan was established in Japan in 1933. Today it markets vehicles under its Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun brands; as well as offering performance tuning products branded Nismo. Their logo has undergone many modifications since initial use; currently this version features both their trademark over an abstract metallic rectangle as well as their circle trademark.
The logo followed a similar style to that previously employed, featuring the Nissan Logotype on both a blue rectangle and red circle, with identical lettering – except for an “S”. Nissan font closely resembled its lettering.
