PT Sans Caption Font Family

PT Sans was created for the project “Public Varieties of Russian Federation,” while its second household, PT Serif, can also be downloaded under an open license for distribution freely. The primary goal of the project is to give Russian people opportunities to write and study in their own languages.

This project commemorates the 300th anniversary of Peter the Terrific’s introduction of civil law between 1708-1710; financial assistance was secured from the Russian Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications for this endeavor.

Fonts include Western, Central European and Cyrillic codes as well as characters for each title language within the Russian Federation, making them an indispensable device for modern digital communication.
