Wallpoet Font

Wallpoet gets its ideas from the scribbled messages one might see on walls of urban structures which can be simple short, political statements to the long, debated and sometimes humorous. Photos or words?Either one works!

As for the concept of this typeface, it was created with an aim to have some sort of impact and at the same time be quite functional for graffiti templates and stencils. We don’t see curves here, print, cut, and spray are crucial here that is why it is an emoji font.

Lars has dedicated the font he designed for himself to the urban guerilla movement which he has been influenced by over the time due to its lack of conformities to the traditions and its creativity in finding ways to bypass limitations within society.
