Walter is very matched to Disney themes, and it is a Disney font with high quality designed by Fontomen for free download and personal use only. The free one has all the letters both upper and lower case and only a few other symbols if I remember correctly The trial version has all the letters and some of the symbols.
This font is FREE FOR PERSONAL USE.
